Are the paintings 100% handmade?
Yes. Every piece is hand-painted to order in oil or acrylic on canvas. There is no printing involved.
Do the paintings arrive framed?
To protect painting well during international shipping, all paintings are ROLLED (Unframed/Not stretched) and shipped in a quality PVC tube to avoid damages, it’s 100% safe and painting comes back to its original/flat state once you stretch it on a wooden base. You can decide to frame it or simply stretch/gallery wrap it in your local framing shop, depends on your taste, it’s beautiful both way. The painting come with EXTRA 2-3 inch white border around it for stretching or framing.
Do you ship to my country and how long is the delivery?
We ship worldwide free of charge. So, yes, we ship to your country!
After you place your order, the artist will start the painting process. Please understand that this part usually takes up to 1 weeks due to the painting and drying process.
Shipping is done with UPS express and usually takes up to 5 business days.
What if I am unsatisfied with my purchase?
You approve your painting before it ships so you are never stuck with one you do not love. Once your artist finishes we send you photos and video of the finished piece. If anything is off we revise it for free until you are happy and nothing ships until you approve it. In the rare case your order arrives damaged or different from the piece you approved contact us within 2 days of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund it.
